The largest rage, the best quality
Domaine de Fleur was set up in 2009 when founders Alexander Nijeboer and Bea Mienis discovered that the Dutch market offered very few alternatives for alcoholic wines. Domaine de Fleur has now introduced nine non-alcoholic wines to the market under the same name. The company has grown very rapidly and has received favourable reviews from renowned Dutch wine writers. Following this domestic success, the product is now exported to the United Kingdom, Belgium and Greece as well. We search all over Europe to find the best wines to be de-alcoholised to present our customers with the best qualities and flavors possible. All wines contain 0,2% or less alcohol per volume and are therefor alcohol free under European law. Our goal is to deliver the best possible quality Together with international wine connoisseurs, Domaine de Fleur selects the very best wines from countries such as France, Italy and Germany. These top wines are de-alcoholised by means of a carefully controlled production process. The alcoholic wines we select are heated under vacuum to a maximum of 28°C. During this process, the alcohol and other aroma retaining components of the wine are separated. The experts of Domaine de Fleur have more than 30 years experience in de-alcoholising top wines, as a result of which the full-bodied, authentic wine taste remains and you receive a first class product. Wine is more than just a product. Study shows that, for wine lovers, wine is synonymous with pleasure and stands for good health. Domaine de Fleur is a logical choice in a changing, multicultural and socially aware world. For these reasons, consumers consciously choose and ask for healthy, fair products. Domaine de Fleur is alcohol free and therefore contains up to 60% less calories than ordinary wine. Together with international experts (viticulturists and producers) Domaine de Fleur searches the markets of renowned wine producing countries such as France, Italy, Germany and Spain for quality wines which yield high quality, alcohol free wine after de-alcoholisation. Our principle is to deliver a wine that is of the highest possible quality and has a really authentic taste.
